I am offering one to one and two to one personal training sessions at Quota Park in Biggera Waters. Sessions will be tailored to your goals and needs. I have a strong focus on form, technique and safety. I will help you find enjoyment with exercise and incorporate it as part of your life. I can help you overcome obstacles, move and feel better.

About Me

I became a personal trainer to help people on their health journey whether this be to lose weight, improve their mobility, increase their strength or be able to easily run around with the kids. Unlike some trainers I have been there.

After having kids and many bad habits I was obese. I ate badly, I didn’t exercise and I was very unhealthy. I started to fear for my future. I felt if things don’t change, I won’t be around for my kids. My turning point was breaking my ankle walking down a step. I realised I broke my ankle because I was too heavy and nutrient deficient. After the break healed, I could not walk properly, especially down stairs. This was a far cry from my youth as a fit, energetic, healthy person.

Through exercise and healthy eating, I have turned my life around. I lost over 35 kilograms; I became strong and capable to do anything. Best of all I now look forward to my future.
